About Us

PickyTails was born out of frustration with finding the right dog bed for our pets. After searching high and low for the perfect bed for our own little fur babies we became frustrated with the majority of dog bed options currently available. Most dog beds are afterthoughts. They are either poorly made or only nice to look at but fail in function or amazing looking but failed to consider the pets natural behaviors. We wanted to create a line of dog beds that had good function and design. We found a missing middle ground in the pet industry where most dog beds were either functional or amazing looking but not the middle ground where you could place your pet bed in the living room. Thus PickyTails was born!

Mission

Our dog beds were designed with dogs in mind, not homes of dogs. Dogs sleep a lot, and having a good bed is important to them. We tried to think of everything that would make a dog bed work well for a dog, and then we tried to get all those details right.

Vision

Even though we are small, we are not trying to be the biggest dog brand out there. We don't want to try to sell you on life time loyalty. We just want you to trust us enough to buy from us more than once. Our long term objective is to have people talk about our brand with their friends and family. Not because we instructed them to do so, but because when asked for product recommendations, they would say "you have to check out this bed" from our brand because it arrived on time, the dog likes it and it was a very easy process to purchase.
